Ve druhé etapě výstavby výrobního areálu HOME RICHARD & SONS CZ s.r.o. v Červeném Kostelci bylo nutné vybudovat novou halu pro uskladnění jak výrobní suroviny k výrobě pelyethylenových fólií, tak i hotových výrobků. Spolu s tím došlo k dalšímu rozšíření stávajících zpevněných ploch. Nový skladový objekt o půdorysných rozměrech cca 42 x 45 m má výšku 9 m a je přistavěn z východní strany ke stávající výrobní hale. Mezi oběma objekty byl vytvořen zastřešený průjezd, který umožnil zachovat objezdnost stávající výrobní haly.
Nosnou konstrukci haly tvoří železobetonový prefabrikovaný skelet s předsazeným obvodovým pláštěm z plynosilikátových panelů.
